This procedure was performed on a patient, age forty-nine, who underwent a bilateral, skin-sparing mastectomy. An immediate breast reconstruction was performed in a two stage process using latissimus dorsi flaps and tissue expanders, followed by a nipple reconstruction and breast lift performed 3 months later. "After" photos were taken 9 months post surgery.
