Severe lateral thigh lipodystrophy. Patient did not desire thigh lift and only liposuction. Overall result is very dramatic. When this degree of severe lipodystrophy is present pre-operatively some mild irregularity at surgical sites are expected. The skins ability to contract back evenly is at its surgical limits.
