This procedure was performed on a forty-eight year old female who required a bilateral mastectomy. An initial breast reconstruction was performed using tissue expanders, followed by a second stage exchange for 500cc silicone implants and nipple reconstruction. "After" photos were taken 4 1/2 months post-surgery.
