This procedure was performed on a patient, age forty-two, who required a bilateral mastectomy. An immediate reconstruction was performed using latissimus dorsi flaps and tissue expanders. A second stage surgery was performed 5 months later to exchange with permanent silicone implants. "After" photo was taken 6 months post second stage surgery.
