This procedure was performed on a patient, age forty-five, who underwent a bilateral, nipple-sparing mastectomy. An immediate breast reconstruction was performed using tissue expanders. A second stage procedure was performed 7 months later to exchange for 350cc silicone implants. "After" photos were taken 2 1/2 months post second procedure.
